The CCM Private Lending fund fills a new construction and rehab market lending gap. Loans provided by the fund typically involve residential construction lending, fix and flip rehabilitation projects, or land for residential construction

Carpathian Capital Management started its real estate investment activities in 2013 by purchasing residential rental real estate, both single-family and multi-family. These properties remain a core holding for the firm today.
